Viti Levu is the largest island in Fiji and home to the main city of Suva, the nation's capital. It is the location of Fiji’s international airport and where you will fly into when you start your Fijian adventure.
The Mamanuca Islands are an incredible archipelago of coral reefs and marine life, all a coconut’s throw away from the mainland of Fiji but with the illusion of a remote tropical paradise.
Venturing further out into the more remote Fijian Islands and away from civilisation, the Yasawa Islands have that real ‘WOW-factor’ to them.
Today you can get straight into ‘Fiji time’ as there is no fixed arrival time into Nadi International Airport. You will be greeted in the arrivals hall by a Don't Wait Adventures representative who will take you to your hotel near the airport and also hook you up with a local phone sim-card
Now your adventure really begins with an early start to explore the main island of Viti Levu. This island is home to the country’s major airport Nadi and its capital Suva, but we will be getting well away from that as we journey inland to our hilltop village-stay.
After your overnight in highland Fiji, have breakfast and a swim in the river (time-permitting) before heading back down to the coast where your private boat transfer awaits you for your first island hop to the Mamanucas!
Our journey into the Yasawa Islands begins today as we head further out of civilisation and further into remote ‘WOW!’ paradise. You’ll need to dust those nightclub cobwebs off as we'll head off quite early.
A mid-morning transfer to the public ferry on day six sees us journey further into the Yasawas and to the gorgeous Drawaqa Island where two special activities await us - snorkelling with Manta Rays and a volunteering reef experience.
Enjoy a sleep-in on your last morning on a remote island or make the most of your time with beach walks or snorkelling the reef
The worst day of the trip… time to say goodbye to Fiji. Dependent on your booked outbound flight, you will have time for breakfast before an airport shuttle returns you to Nadi International Airport.
You’ll be met at the airport with an included transfer as well as an airport drop off.
Small group size of 16 people.
It's common in Fiji to have to pay hundreds of Fijian dollars for meal plans when you get to each resort.
Not with us though, what you pay us is all you have to pay.

Ni sa bula vinaka! Many Australians and New Zealanders consider Fiji to be a perfect place to ‘flop and drop’ and few Antipodeans explore much beyond the mainland of Viti Levu.
